On the occasion of the Centenary Celebration of Fatima Apparition of Mother Mary; the statue of Our Lady of Fatima came to our parish on 19th July 2016 on our St. Jude novena day. The statue came from the Kateel Parish. The parish priest along with some of his parishioners came with singing Marian hymns along with the statue. The parish priest and the assistant parish priest welcomed Mother Mary garlanding the statue and bringing in procession inside the church and placed at the side of the sanctuary. Then the assistant parish priest honored by incensing and lighting the candles. The parish priest read the word of God and gave a short homily. Two decades of rosary was recited by all the people. The parish priest of Kateel gave the final blessings. Nearly 500 people participated in the ceremony.
