Sept 04, 2017: The Members of Mother Teresa Ward celebrated their Ward’s Feast on 3rd September at the residence of Jerome and Margaret Saldanha. In the morning, the members led the liturgy of the Eucharist and thanked the Almighty for the gift of St. Mother Teresa as their patron.
At 12:30 p.m., the members gathered at the residence of Jerome and Margaret Saldanha for the get together. The celebration began with the prayer service. Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Andrew Leo D'Souza, Asst. Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Clifford Pinto, Regent Bro. Joyan D'Costa C.Ss.R., Convent Superior Sr. Margaret, Vice President Mr. Jackson Saldanha, Ward Leader Mr. Dolphy Miranda and Ward Secretary Mrs. Veena Cutinho were present on the dais.
Mr. Dolphy Miranda the ward leader extended cordial welcome to the gathering. Ward secretary Mrs. Veena Cutinho presented the ward report. Children exhibited their talents in the form of dance and singing. Mr. Paul Miranda proposed the vote of thanks while Mrs. Nathalia Fernandes conducted the games and compered the entire program. The ward get together came to an end with the sumptuous meal.
