A short welcome programme was arranged by the parishioners to formally welcome Rev. Fr. Sunil Praveen Pinto. Mr. Luis D souza, the former vice president of the parish welcomed Rev. Fr. Sunil Praveen Pinto on behalf of the parishioners. Rev. Fr. Andrew D souza thanked specially the parents of Rev. Fr. Sunil Praveen Pinto for offering him to serve God and assured that Rev. Fr. Sunil Praveen Pinto would certainly enjoy his stay here. He also felicitated the parents of Rev. Fr. Sunil Praveen Pinto. The presidents of various parish associations too welcomed Rev. Fr. Sunil Praveen Pinto with flowers. Then Rev. Fr. Sunil Praveen Pinto expressed his feelings and his dreams and thanked the gathering. The choir of the parish welcomed him with a song, which was composed by Rev. Fr. Andrew D souza.
Rev. Fr. Sunil Praveen Pinto was ordained on 03-05-2011 and this is his first appointment as a priest. We wish Rev. Fr. Sunil Praveen Pinto all success in his first ministry as an Assistant Parish Priest here. We pray for Gods choicest blessings in his ministry so that he enjoys good health and peace.
