Alleluia! The Lord has risen!!
The Liturgy is divided into four parts.
• Service of light
The Easter mass began with the lighting of Easter Candle -2015. The priests entered the church with the lit Easter candle.
• The Liturgy of the Word
The people participated wholeheartedly in the liturgy. Readings and psalms were one of the main attractions. The statue of the Risen Lord was unveiled. Gloria was sung again in the praise of the Lord. Wonderful sermon was given by Fr. Naveen Pinto, who was also the main celebrant.
• The Liturgy of Baptism
The blessing of water was done. This part included the Litany of the Saints. The faithful were blessed with the Holy Water and all renewed their Baptismal Promises.
• The Liturgy of Eucharist
The mass continued with special prayers inserted in the Eucharist prayer. Holy Communion was distributed.
Fr. Naveen pinto, Fr. Andrew Leo and Fr. Patrick Sequeira wished the people a very Happy Easter.
