Nine-day Novena at St Jude Shrine begins with unfurling of flag

Oct 21, 2017 : The nine-day novena prior to the annual feast of St Jude Shrine Pakshikere with the unfurling of St Jude’s flag held here at the church premises on Oct 20. Rev. Fr Basil Vas Parish priest of Madanthyar Church hoisted the flag and said, “It is my pleasure to be a part of this celebration.

The first day novena as a preparation for the feast of St Jude began at 9.00 am with the praise and worship followed by Eucharistic celebration, Novena and Adoration. Fr Basil Vas conducted entire ceremony. Meal was served for the pilgrims. It was prepared by St Jude ward members.
