April 30:The parish cultural evening and ICYM day was celebrated on the 29th. The ICYM members had organised the day’s liturgy of 8:00am mass, which was celebrated as the thanks giving mass for all the successful events organised by ICYM during the course of the year. The evening cultural evening began at 5:00pm in the parish hall, which included variety entertainment by the wards for 15minutes respectively. The judges for the events were Mr. Roshan Luis, Ms. Lovlyn Lobo and Mr. Preetham, who did a fair job by judging the events and expressing their views on the day. The judges were honoured with mementos by Rev. Andrew D’Souza and Rev. Fr. Sunil Pinto. Ms. Anita Mendonca presented the annual report of ICYM of the year 2011-12. Rev. Sunil Pinto gave away the prizes of cultural events. At the end the rolling trophies were given out to the overall champions and runners up. We appreciate the efforts put by Ms. Nishal Miranda and Mr. Briston Miranda who had organised the whole lot of activities for the parish day events.(More photos in Photo Gallery)
