Oct. 23: Community wedding program was held on 23-10-2012 in the parish.  Seven couples were united in sacrament of matrimony in front of the priests and parishioners. Rev. Fr. Alban D'Souza, the Parish Priest of Kalmady was the main celebrant of the day. Rev.Fr. Andrew D’Souza wished the couple God’s blessings and happy married life. Under the guidance of Rev.Fr.Sunil Pinto the church choir added glittering to the celebration.The wedding reception was held in the Church Ground. The Ground was full with the family members of brides and bridegrooms as well as with the Pilgrimes.  A short felicitating function was held to wish well to the newly married couple. After the function lunch was served for all. The pilgrims and people of other faiths too joined the meal. There were around 4000 people for the celebration. All the members of parish organisations had joined their hands to make this programme a success.
