Dec 25:“Joy to the world, the Lord has come”, the Christmas celebration began with the carols presented by each ward. For the Christmas vigil mass Rev. Fr. Onil D’Souza was the main celebrant and Rev. Fr. John D’Souza preached the word of God stressing for the need of reconciliation in the Christmas season. The parish was well decorated and was full with the parishioners. The choir under the guidance of Mr. Joe add joy to the celebration. Rev. Fr. Andrew D’Souza wished the parish a blessed Christmas and joy of Baby Jesus. After the mass a short get together was organised by the parish ICYM unit. The YCS members presented a skit on forgiveness. Cake draw and housie -housie game entertained all. Hot coffee and cake was served to all at the end.
